3D Scan as a service
True to our motto of investing more than 60% of our revenue in the further development of our small business, we are pleased to announce that we can now offer another service:
3D scanning - in all sizes!
With some cell phones, you can use a few tools to create simple, but rather inaccurate and less detailed scans, which at least give you a file to start with for CAD drawing. But anyone who has experimented with this has quickly stopped doing so because the work and time involved were not in any useful proportion to the result.
We have upgraded and purchased a Toucan 3D scanner. The device is battery-powered with integrated image processing software, which guarantees maximum flexibility and freedom.

For us, this means that we can create even more precisely fitting parts, even for the most impossible shapes, geometries & conditions, where we have previously failed in some cases when measuring and remodeling.
This also allows us to expand our service portfolio and offer 3D scanning as a service. We can now quickly capture an object using 3D scanning for a flat fee based on scanning time and offer it to you as an STL file for download.
Here, for example, is a scan of the center console compartment of a 2023 Skoda Karoq and the compartment in the dashboard of a Renault Master without the coin slot, which can be used to store our cell phone holders, for example (Link to articles).
Die Scans sind bis auf 0,03mm genau. Die Objektgröße, die mit einem Scan am Stück erfasst werden kann liegt bei 1.300mm.
Man kann also, wenn man möchte, sein ganzes Wohnmobil einscannen und wenn man möchte, dann 1:1 nachdrucken...
