DirtProtection
The DirtProtection profile for electric steps prevents dirt from entering during travel, which would otherwise require disassembly and cleaning after a certain number of kilometers.
The profile fits the steps of the Project2000, which is installed in Ahorn, Rimor, Eriba, and other suppliers. The decisive factor is that the step width is 415 mm, measured between the two side profiles of the step, as shown in this picture.
We can also produce smaller versions, but unfortunately we cannot make them any larger due to the limited installation space of the printers.
The DirtGuard is clamped onto the T-profile on the underside of the step and secured in place by screwing the two halves of the profile together. The sealing lip of the profile rests against the front frame of the step and closes the opening through which dirt can enter the step.
Available as a cheaper Step Revision Set. The Step Revision Set consists of the DirtGuard, the stainless steel gear and the Mounting protections profile set.
